Groundworks

Where it may be found beneficial to the programme, we undertake associated groundworks along with the RC frame. This would include but is not limited to:

Reduced level dig, bulk excavation, foundations (including RC, piled, pad etc.) drainage, sub-base formation, ground bearing slabs, waterproof basements and reinforced basement construction works.

With experienced groundworkers on site, all of whom are CSCS qualified and further trained in-house, we are placed to oversee entire groundwork contracts from start to finish.

All JJP Contractors projects are delivered by motivated, highly skilled and trained operatives in all areas of essential groundwork infrastructure, from a variety of foundation types, drainage solutions, retaining structures, block, and beam floors, traditional slab construction and associated hard and soft finishing works.

We specialise in delivering the full groundworks package in line with client expectations from infrastructure works to finishes.

We undertake works both above and below ground. Starting with site strip and clearance along with with required cut and fill; then excavate for installation of roads and sewers along with any associated infrastructure works like drainage outfalls, attenuation tanks, storage and water retaining ponds, noise bunds etc. We ensure that our workmanship is executed safely and in line with the latest site drawings and quality controls.

We operate the very latest plant to get the job done efficiently, safely, and to the highest specification possible. We conduct regular safety audits of our worksites and provide site managers on all projects and a senior engineer to control all project developments; whose job it is to uphold the excellent quality and standards expected on all our projects.
