JJP Contractors are committed to the provision of a quality end product and service that complies with the client and customers requirements for its end use.

We recognise the need to be a sustainable business. We have a committed outlook that requires our working procedures and procurement to be frequently reviewed and adapted to reflect the quality objectives within our field of working operations.

As a company, working on building and civil engineering projects, we pledge to commit to delivering a quality end product whilst undertaking the critical balance of business success and our responsibility to the client and to protect the health and safety of our employees and the public in general with continual improvement in quality related performance.

To implement this policy JJP Contractors will:

  • Comply with relevant standards and our own company operating procedures on quality matters relevant to our activities.
  • Set annual quality objectives and targets and monitor performance against these objectives and targets.
  • Understand the clients needs, expectations and relevant specifications in order to meet and fulfil them.
  • Work with suppliers to establish and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure all JJP personnel understand the quality requirements of the policy and that they strive to meet with its contents.
  • Ensure the availability of all required resources to meet the quality standards set within the policy.
  • Communicate the quality standards through management, training and guidance.

We are committed to continually improve both on the execution of quality performance and meeting client satisfaction. To achieve this Jonpaul O’Donnell and Michael Galligan will maintain, monitor and regularly review the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems to ensure continued suitability to the work processes of JJP Contractors.

The quality performance of the company will be monitored by Jonpaul O’Donnell and Michael Galligan and will be reviewed on an annual basis as a minimum and updated to implement improvements where appropriate along with advances in technologies.
